Project Description

FMCG company office

We have a pleasure to present our supply for the FMCG company (real name restricted) in the Gdansk Business Center. The space is designed by JMP Architect design studio is filled with natural colors of wood, green and water, so that the employees feel comfortable inside the nature. The theme of the project is the theme of green, wood with industrial accents of raw elements such as concrete and steel.

The office is full of well designed spaces with focus on the comfort of the employee and the quality of the finish. The office for the FMCG company in Gdańsk Business Center was completed in November 2016.

We wanted to break the rules, while maintaining the professional look of the office – said the leading architect of the project Barnaba Grzelecki.

The designed space is fully dedicated to company employees. Many formal and informal workplaces have been arranged in the office. In spite of the number of rooms and smaller working spaces, several glazed and open areas the architects managed to maintain the interior light and pleasant.
The arrangement is divided into several zones. Formal – with the reception zone with large conference rooms and several dedicated zones for individual teams. Each of these zones is equipped with a leisure space for not formal meetings. At the leisure space there are kitchen corners with dining areas separated by mobile glass walls. This type of solution allows for arranging a larger team meeting with a “cup of coffee”. Every leisure space has a theme like “music please” where the staff can listen to music, while in another one there is a “sport corner” with training bag, training ladder, darts and play station. These zones are a very good alternative to standard conference rooms. They support the creativeness and internal exchange of information and integrate workers. Further parts of the office are filled with offices, rooms and open spaces as well as conference rooms. At every step, the theme of the natural working environment is scattered.

The office is filled with design. “I put a lot of emphasis on designing every square meter. Entrance zone which welcomes guests is open and spacious but warm and hospitable. We have a natural parquet floor which, combined with the strips on the walls and the ceiling, creates a unique effect.” – said architect Barnaba Grzelecki.

The rest of the office space is designed in the same character and climate. Each of the rooms has distinctive details and finishes. The music-themed leasure space was designed with lamps that imitate the music vinyls, and neon sign and graphics, as well as discs in frames and guitars, appeared on the wall. All this is related to the subject of music.

Conference rooms are designed with wooden or concrete walls. An interesting solution is smoked glass highlighted with a printed tree filled with greenery. In the silent work room, apart from the felt-enhancing felt on the concrete wall, a tree cut from plywood was designed. All these details give the unique character of the interior.

In the arrangement of the office, the products were selected to meet the quality requirements.
A large number of finishing elements have been “made to measure”, starting with the couch imitation of the golf course, and we have an organic seat coming out of the wall. The zone was designed with hanging armchairs and beams. The complete tree is printed on the illuminated glass. In the conference rooms, kitchens, leasure space, the Dali dimming system was designed to manage the intensity of each light source.

We are very pleased to be a part of this project.
